With a combined 35 years of tax and accounting experience, PBS has your best interest in mind. We strive to provide reliable, friendly and
professional service to individuals as well as large and small businesses
in the quad city area.
Nichole Lavers, EA, Partner
Nichole moved from Iowa to Prescott Valley in 1987.
She accepted a job at a local CPA firm at the age of 22.
For the next decade she worked hard learning every
aspect of tax and accounting while on the job. Then, after
working briefly in the private sector, she returned to public
accounting and obtained her Enrolled Agents license.
2018 was an earth-moving year for Nichole both personally and professionally when she decided to make her dreams
a reality and join forces with her now partner
David Whittemore creating Prescott Business Solutions LLC.
David Whittemore, Partner
David grew up in Colorado and earned his Bachelor of Science –
Accountancy degree from Northern Arizona University.
For over twenty five years, he has enjoyed working in various aspects
of accounting as well as owned/operated several small businesses.
David is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
